PERIWINKLE Residences Scoops Industry Awards at Luxury Lifestyle Awards
PERIWINKLE Residences Limited, one of the region’s largest luxury real estate developers, has bagged an award at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards hosted in the United State of America, reaffirming its position as an award-winning developer of distinctive and cutting edge luxury properties.
At the ceremony held recently, PERIWINKLE has conferred the accolades in some categories, based on a range of criteria and judged by a panel of 70 international industry experts, the most significant being Best Residential Development Nigeria 2021.

PERIWINKLE’s 17.4 hectares flagship Waterview community and lifestyle destination took the “Best Residential Development Nigeria 2021” award, on the basis of innovation, presentation of design, marketing of the project, aesthetic appeal of build, facilities available and quality of facilities, as well as sustainability and emphasis on eco-friendly build and facilities. The mixed-use lifestyle development is located in one of Lagos’s most desirable locations at the Lagoon District of Lekki Phase 1 and overlooking the Lekki Phase 1 Lagoon. The project comprises all kinds of homes and apartments for residential purposes and also a few commercial properties to serve residents and people along the lekki phase 1 axis.
In a couple of months, approximately 80 villas, townhouses and apartments will be handed over to investors and the highly-anticipated community will continue to rapidly take shape, with further unit deliveries and completion of other elements of the masterplan community to follow.
