Periwinkle Residences Limited, today announced the appointment of Tunde Olatunji as its Chief Operating Officer of Periwinkle Condos Limited, a new business under the arm of the company, in its effort to accelerate expansion opportunities to other Lagos Highbrow Areas.

PERIWINKLE is exploring further investment opportunities following the success of its PERIWINKLE Lifestyle Estate, a well-branded mini-city luxury development in the heart of Lekki Phase 1, which has already close to completion

Tunde brings extensive experience in Research, Business Planning, Negotiating, Corporate Financing, Banking and Real Estate Investment & Development across London, Ghana and Nigeria. Previously the Head, Business Intelligence at Deluxe Residences Limited, Tunde has been focused on real estate investments and developments across Lagos and has overseen in excess of US$ 20 million in transactions.

Tunde will be joining the PERIWINKLE executive team to spearhead expansion opportunities into other highbrow areas across Lagos and beyond, building on the success of its 17.4 hectares estate development that is set to become one of Lekki’s most prestigious addresses and the first in Lagoon District to be developed.

PERIWINKLE is set to deliver more than 80 homes this year and has over 200 units in various stages of development. The company’s footprint extends across Lagos with major projects in Lekki, Ikoyi, and Victoria Island.
