DR. CHIEDU NWEKE

CHAIRMAN/CEO

Dr. Chiedu Nweke has over three decades of experience, and expertise in Law, real estate development, investment, transportation and logistics, oil waste management, and regulatory compliance.

Dr. Chiedu is a brilliant leader whose vision is to build a firm that would become the most trusted brand in the real estate business in Nigeria.

He brings extensive experience from his experience in Law, with almost three decades in the practice and 15 years holding top management positions in reputable multinational firms. He conceived and founded Orange Island, and Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate, Lekki Phase I, in Lagos.

Nweke is currently the Chairman, Periwinkle Empire, where he oversees the design, development, construction, and administration of a wide variety of major premium and luxury housing developments and residential complexes in Nigeria.

Prior to venturing into the real estate industry, Dr. Chiedu was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of West African Waste Management Limited, an oil waste treatment company servicing major oil and gas companies including Shell, Exxon Mobil, AGIP, etc. He was also a key contributor to both Shenker Shipping Limited and Lintel Shipping Limited.

He is a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). In his quest to acquire knowledge he proceeded to Lagos State University, where he acquired a Master’s degree in Law. He also has a doctorate degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Dr. MICHAEL ITYOUGH

GENERAL MANAGER

Dr. Michael Ityough is a C-Suite Executive Management Professional with expertise in financial statement computation and analysis, internal and external auditing, financial advisory, regulatory compliance and risk management, internal control and performance monitoring, budgeting and budgetary control, cash flow, information and communication technology, financial modeling, analytical skills, innovation, team management, leadership and organizational behavior.

FRANCOIS RAUTENBACH

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Francois has vast experience and competence in building, property development, and project management, with over 35 years of experience. Cash flow modeling, sensitivity analysis, contract administration, and quantity surveying are among his specialties.

He is computer proficient in professional contract administration and project management systems and has a thorough understanding of commercial property development commencement and execution.

Francois has a B.Sc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Pretoria and an MBA in Real Estate Management from the University of South Africa’s School of Business & Leadership. He is a registered member of the Quantity Surveying Council of South Africa, and an Associate of the South African Council of Valuers.

GAMAL
ABU-HENEIDY

TECHNICAL PROJECT CONSULTANT/MANAGER

Gamal Abu-Heneidy is a consultant engineer with over 38 years of expertise in infrastructure. He possesses an MBA in Management Consultancy from Wales University in the United Kingdom, an MSc in Hydrology/Hydrogeology from Cairo University in Egypt, and a B.Sc Civil Engineering degree from Cairo University in Egypt.

He is a member of COREN and the International Management Academy. He has over 27 years of experience working with top firms across West Africa.

Operation Management, Business Development, Project Management, Project Control and Coordination, Infrastructure Design Management, Contract Management, Project Auditing, and Business Administration are some of his key specializations.

jennifer kaja

CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER

Jennifer Kaja’s core competence is Corporate and Commercial Law. She graduated with a first class from University of Wales in 2013. She obtained an HSK certificate in basic Mandarin which she studied in Hongkong and has worked with notable law firms where she advised clients on various legal matters and transactions ranging from joint venture transactions, public-private partnerships, regulatory compliance issues, company restructuring, company secretarial activities, drafting and reviewing of contracts and commercial agreements.

VICTOR ENYINGWA

CHIEF INVESTMENT MANAGER

Victor Enyingwa graduated from the University of Lagos with a BSc in Estate Management. He also holds a master’s degree in Estate Management and a master’s degree in facility management from the University of Lagos. he is a member of the International Facilities Management Association, United States.

With years of experience working in the real estate industry, Victor is skilled in Business Development, and Facility Management. He is currently the Head of Sales and Marketing at Periwinkle Residences.
