Lagos luxury property developer, PERIWINKLE Residences Limited, developers of the PERIWINKLE Lifestyle Estate have announced the launch of its low rise apartments, ‘Château D’Avenue’, in its mini-city located at the Lagoon District of Lekki Phase 1.
